Tutoring and Academic Support Opportunities at Manley

Students at Manley have access to several opportunities to receive tutoring and homework help in their academic classes, as well as test preparation. Listed below are some current offerings:

-Tutors are available to all students in all subjects for homework help and help with missing work.
-Monday through Thursday from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm in the the library.

Freshman Lunch Bunch
- Freshman Academy students who are behind in their core classes attend mandatory lunchtime homework help sessions.

SES (Supplemental Educational Services) Programs
-Available to all students who qualify for free or reduced lunch.
-Parents must register students by early October for the programs.

ACT Test Prep Program
-A six-week session is offered starting in mid-September for Seniors.
-Classes meet on Wednesdays from 5-7 in the library and are focused on ACT preparation.
-Class is limited to 25 students.
-Contact Easter from Umoja in room 124 to register.
